As the UK moves back into lockdown, many businesses are feeling the pinch. While the restrictions aren’t as severe as those earlier in the year, they will still impact many companies.    At SBS, we fall into the non-essential retail category, so we’ve had to close our shops. But that doesn’t mean we can’t still help businesses, students, and our other customers with our services and products.  Here’s how we can help you.

Email and Collect

We can take orders by email.  If youre a local customer, drop us an email studio@sbsprinters.co.uk and collect your printing or products from the store at a designated time – click and collect style!   We’re taking all the precautions to keep our staff and customers safe by staggering collection times as well as observing hygiene and social distancing rules. Many of our services and products can be collected on the day they are ordered.

Print Services

We are offering all of our print services. If you’ve changed your business model to offer delivery or collection services and need flyers or brochures to let your customers know, we can print them for you.   Or if you’re working from home and your printer just isn’t good enough for business purposes, drop us an email. We can print out whatever you need and get it ready for you to collect.   This is also a good time to make sure your print marketing is ready for when you can reopen. We can take orders for all your business printing needs by email as well as offering help and advice. Art Supplies  Finally, we are here for our artists! If you have some time on your hands and fancy trying out your artistic abilities, we have a large range of products available from starter kits to top quality artist’s supplies  Again, we can take orders by email and arrange a convenient time for you to collect them. That includes those emergency art supplies students always need when they forget something is due or something goes missing!

Supporting local businesses during the lockdown

There’s no doubt that lockdown is a bitter blow, especially at this time of the year. The good news is customers are more likely to buy local right now, as they feel more invested in the local economy. We’re finding that our customers really appreciate the personal touch we offer. Like many local businesses, we’re not just a faceless, online brand. We know our customers and are happy to offer advice about our products and services.   Let’s support local businesses and help each other through this.
