Coronavirus forced a brutal shift from \u2018on the fence\u2019 to \u2018fully embracing\u2019 the idea of <\/span>remote <\/span>working for many businesses<\/span> \u2013 big and small<\/span>. Companies who were reluctant to consider <\/span>allowing <\/span>staff <\/span>to work from home<\/span> pre-pandemic<\/span>, <\/span>had no choice in light of government policies. Another big switch <\/span>that <\/span>affects how we work is the online shopping boom. During lockdown, <\/span>if you needed something, you didn\u2019t have m<\/span>any <\/span>option<\/span>s<\/span> other than <\/span>to <\/span>shop online<\/span>. So <\/span>even <\/span>people <\/span>who had previously been reluctant online shoppers, got used to clicking for their products rather than shopping in-person. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Click and collect has quickly become a favourite. <\/span>Businesses<\/span> who are set up with a strong online presence can get all<\/span> the items you selected via a website<\/span> ready<\/span> for you to collect. It\u2019s like having a personal shopper, only you get to choose everything!<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

While <\/span>many <\/span>people are returning to the shops, there\u2019s little doubt that the online shopping habit has <\/span>become <\/span>firmly entrenched i<\/span>n the UK shopper<\/span>. This changes <\/span>the lives of<\/span> people working in retail<\/span> as well as the<\/span>ir customers<\/span>. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been happy to help, receiving documents by email<\/a><\/strong>, contacting cu<\/span>stomers to discuss costs and requirements and getting top quality copies ready for collection. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

We also started our own click and collect service and due to the success of this, will <\/span>soon <\/span>be launching our online shop. That means in addition to emailing us, our customers will be able to order online a<\/span>nd arrange a convenient time to collect their purchases. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
